There has been a fair amount of interest with the use our simple patent to make the Toroidal Field Magnets used in Stellarators and other Helical/Circular fusion energy topologies. Around he world, scientists are working on ways to reduce the cost of these devices. High temperature superconductors are fragile and need to be wound in specail ways and stay cold. See

Discussion - Energy Needed for Construction on the Moon
No atmospheric breaking available.
Question: Given reusable delivery vehicles, what is less energetic? Many lightweight vehicles or fewer heavyweight vehicles?
Question: Let's say a Moon structure could be built that could catch a dropped payload from some height above the ground and let the delivery vehicle return to orbit without touching down.
Moon habitats could be delivered already constructed, or they could be assembled in parts.
